A true New Yorker, Ron grew up on the north shore of Long Island in Suffolk County, graduated from SUNY New PALTZ, then earned his masters degree from FAU and became a highly successful real estate broker owner in FL and NY, with NAR Designations: GRI, Green Broker, C2EX and is also a past LEED Green Associate, from the US Building Council.
Ron & his family live in Beacon NY & New York City, on The UWS. So Ron has some major personal experience with moving and relocation, Ron's professional experience, boasts sales in major hotels, shopping centers, land, entire residential developments, With over 575 transaction sides: From $17 million dollar hotel sale, to $1500 rentals, to 1,000+ homes sales with TECH he and his team developed "Priority Reservation".
